Updating Support ticket

From 'Support ticket' listing page, click the page you wish to update. On the selected detail page, click 'Edit' icon at the end of the page title. Then, follow the on screen instructions.
Important ! Depending upon policy, update may not be allowed. However, further notes can be created using the comment feature.
