- Inquiry details*. Provide the support ticket details.
- Image. Optionally, image can be attached.
- File. Optionally, file can be attached.
- 'Submit'. Click submit button to send the support ticket.

Creating Support ticket
After login, under 'Support' menu. Clicking 'Support ticket' will show the listing page with 'Add' link in the page title. Click the 'Add' link and follow the on screen steps.
Important ! Reply will be sent to your email address registered in the 'Personal profile page'.Updating Support ticket
From 'Support ticket' listing page, click the page you wish to update. On the selected detail page, click 'Edit' icon at the end of the page title. Then, follow the on screen instructions.
Important ! Depending upon policy, update may not be allowed. However, further notes can be created using the comment feature.- There will be same fields as the Creating 'Support ticket '.
- Update your fields accordingly and click 'Submit' button to finish up the update.
