For 4 cylinder engines, normally there are two O2 sensors. One before the catalytic converter is called sensor 1, S1, upstream sensor, pre cat sensor. After the catalytic converter is called post catalytic sensor, S2, downstream sensor. Simple graph could tell us the O2 sensor health status.

The graph from Torque pro shows how the upstream O2 sensor is doing. Although there are no units displayed in the Y and X axles, the sine wave of up and down at regular intervals are telling us that the O2 sensor is is working well. If the O2 sensor is not in good condition, then graphs will not be the same as the attached graph.
In the example, O2 Bank1 Sensor 1 means the O2 oxygen sensor 1 of Bank1 engine. Sensor 1 means the before the catalytic converter upstream sensor and sensor2 is the after the catalytic converter downstream sensor.
