[마전드], HONDA, 2015, 레전드 5세대 3.5맘에 드는 레전드 5세대 구입을 위해 1년이 넘는 기간동안 기다리다가 마침 좋은 중고매물이 나와서 차량상태도 궁금하고 거리가 멀기도 해서 고민하다가 베콤카문선주님이 생각나서 주말임에도 불구하고 상담을 하니 혼쾌히 봐주시겠다고 하셔서 진단을 의뢰하고 기다리던중 저녁 늦게서야 진단 결과가 너무 좋다는 결정을 해 주셔서 부담없이 탁송의뢰 해서 다음날 바로 인수 받았습니다.

[광주이재영], HONDA, 2010, 레전드 3.7수원에서 레전드 중고 구매전 수원에 혼다 성지로 가서 점검을 받으려 했으나 우연히 베콤님을 추천 받아 신청하게 되어 수원에서 중고차 점검을 받게 되었습니다.
사정상 베콤님께서 먼저 도착하셔서 점검중이셨는데요. 진단기에 뜬 몇가지 에러사항에 대해 저조차도 이해하기 쉽게 설명을 해주시며 진행을 해 주셨습니다.
그중 5번 실린더에서 실화가 뜬 상태였는데 왜 에러가 뜬건지 향후 어떤 조치를 취해야 하는지.
또한 중고차 업체에서 과거에 진단기 에러를 지운 흔적 유무까지 살펴봐 주셨습니다.
그외에 파워오일 기포 현상있었는데 이에 대한 조치 방법과 외관상 전 차주의 차량의 보관 상태까지 유추해주시며 친절히 설명을 이어주셨어요.
근처 정비소에 들려 리프트에 띄워 하부까지 꼼꼼히 봐주시며 진단을 마무리 했습니다.
마지막엔 냉각수가 좀 모자란 상태라시며 제가 중고차 계약서 작성하는 동안 약국에 들리셔서 증류수를 직접 사다 보충까지 해 주셨습니다. 정말 감사했어요.
이 모든 과정을 지켜본 중고차 딜러가 제게 이렇게 까지 꼼꼼하게 봐주시는 분은 처음 본다고 하시더라고요.
