It is recommended to change CVT fluid following the manual for each vehicle. Since there are vehicles that are particularly sensitive to transmission oil, make sure to refer to the manual first.

In general, it is recommended to change the CVT fluid more frequently than traditional automatic transmission. bekomcar recommends drain and fill CVT fluid change in every 20,000km ~ 30,000km. Some car makers recommend to change CVT fluid in every 100,000~160,000km (about 60,000~100,000miles) as well.
