Lexus IS250 IS350 V6 4GR-FSE는 렉서스의 대표적인 V6엔진이다. 혼다의 J35와 비슷하다. 하지만 정비성은 혼다에 비하여 좋지 않다. 불필요한 복잡성을 가지고 있다. 스파크플러그 교환시 플레넴 가스켓을 비롯하여 연료라인 크러시와셔까지 다 교환해야 한다. 참 불편하다.
