Install Android head unit for backup camera and navigation

Although there is backup motion sensor, backup camera is now displayed on large 10-inch screen. Navigation is also connected with Android Auto. And there are other features offered by Android Auto. Installed Android unit looks like an OEM head unit. Lars is changing one by one.
