Old wire-type throttle body, possibility of sudden start.
In the circle marked, there is a dust cap that is like a small rubber cap. However, as the years pass, the rubber hardens and cracks. This causes the dust cap fall off along the cable fixing the cable. Should the throttle body cable open stuck, RPM surges and the car could start like crazy. The solution is to replace the rubber cap with a new one, or fix it with tape. The next best thing is to just remove it. The vehicle pictured is an NF Sonata with the dust cap removed.
