토요타 캠리 알터네이터 고장같은데 어떻게 점검하나요?

알터네이터가 정상적으로 작동되는지 알터네이터 B+ 와 케이스의 전압이 13.5~15.0V정도인지 확인하는것이 중요합니다. 추가로 도면에서 보이는 4개의 와이어 작동상태도 중요합니다.

알터네이터 확인방법

아래는 토요타 렉서스 차량의 4 와이어 알터네이터에 해당되면 타 차량이나 다른 알터네이터 시스템의경우에는 해당되지 않으니 꼭 참고바랍니다.

알터네이터 B+ 와 케이스 전압측정, 12.50V이상 ~ 15.5V 이하로 측정되어야 함.
KEY ON ENGINE RUNNING시에 빨간색 와이어 시스템전압 측정
WHITE 케이블 역시 Battery Voltage 측정되어야 함
WHT/BLU 케이블은 SIGNAL 전압이며
WHT/GRN 케이블은 Dashboard LAMP, Battery Voltage 측정됨

추가적인 점검방법

Battery Cable에 AMP CLAMP 로 AMP 측정도 필요할 수 있음
겉밸트 장력등도 확인하여 알터네이터가 잘 돌고 있는지 확인
알터네이터 와 배터리 사이의 Voltage Drop 도 확인해야함
시동후에 무부하. 부하 상태별 배터리 전압측정 후 판단
