엔진소리가 회전속도에 따라 커지고 작아지는데, 센터에서는 타이밍벨트 다 뜯어야 할 수있고 잘 못 진단해도 탈부착 공임이 있다고 하네요. 어떻게 해야하나요?

자료사진은 베콤카에서 소음진단 과정중 하나이다. 혼다 시빅2.0 차량ㅇ다. K20엔진으로 혼다의 대표적인 엔진중 하나이다.

엔진룸소음 측정하기

청진기 (스테토스코프)로 소음을 체크하거나 벨트를 탈거후에 풀리를 돌려서 확인가능하다. 현장에서는 청진기대신에 대드라이버 를 사용하는경우가 많다.

타이밍벨트 텐셔너 소음패턴은 특이

타이밍벨트 에서는 대부분 오토텐셔너로 인한 소음인데 상당히 특이한 소음패턴을 보여준다. 따라서 타이밍벨트 쪽인지 일반 겉벨트에 연결된 풀리등의 소음인지는 구분을 할 수 있다. 물론 항상 100% 정확하지는 않다. 소음은 항상 해갈린다.

소음의 종류에 따라달라

부밍음인지 기계적인 소음인지에 따라서 고장부위가 달라진다. 따라서 부밍음인지 기계음인지 부터 구분하는것이 중요하다.
