혼다 파일럿의 P0420 촉매효율저하 진단기 산소센서2번 파형분석. 사인파 형태로 촉매고장시 보여지는 파형이다.

내시경을 이용하여 촉매표면을 육안으로 검사한다. 특히 효율저하시에는 관찰후 촉매 크리닝 등을 할 수 있다.

정상적인 촉매는 지평선 그래프

촉매가 정상인경우 지평선같이 그래프가 보인다. 사인파 혐태는 촉매고장시 나타난다.

촉매내시경 검사도 필요

진단기에 P0420 혹 P0430이 검진되면 촉매내시경을 통해서 추가적인 검증작업이 필요하다.
