Brake fluid maintenance

Brake fluid is directly related to safety. This is a very important maintenance work. Also, unproperly maintained brake fluid could lead to malfunctions of expensive ABS and other systems.
Avoid brake fluid contacting your car or your eyes.
Below is a general case. Please check owner's manual for proper maintenance.
- In general, you should change your brake fluid every two years.
- Do a moisture test and replace it when it reaches 3%.
- Measure moisture level and contamination level when replacing engine oil.
