Look for any oil leaks underneath the car during inspection

Put the car on the lift or jack stand, inspect any oil leaks in and around the oil pan, automatic transmission pan, transmission seal, differential seal, tie rod seal, all the bushings and more.
Look for any torn out boots, any grease leak in the bushing and in the bellow.
All the bushings including the upper control arm, lower control arm should be examined.
Another example is the transmission fluid leak as shown in the photo taken during inspection.
There is zero transmission fluid leak. No engine oil pan leak, no leak of whatsoever.
Although not easily seen, there is oil leak around the bottom of the engine and engine oil pan.
